Financial markets have very crucial importance for modern economies. The prudential legislation is subject to continuous revisions, rigorous supervision and an efficient transparency are important for protection of stability well-being of the financial market. As the European construction is formed of a free zone of exchange and a customs union, but it also concerns many common rules regarding free movement and free competition which has a very unique power for integration; the existence of a single financial market for Europe needs an efficient prudential regulation and supervision. This document focuses on the system built with Community regulations in order to control the financial services in the European Union.
