The change and management in the Turkish Republic Health Ministry health service politics: An examination through the province of Ağri

It's all very fast changing and it is not easy to control. Changing the culture of the Organization and performance of individuals, detects needs and changing according to the level of satisfactory situations and business and service providers is the spiral of competition can more quickly in recent times. Wecan notice the health service examples through Turkey. Changing the size of a human being in the centre of knowledge, people think of the impact to the environment and the environment but rather will point us the starting point of the change. Mostly from the inside should be resolved due to the driving force of global developments, variability, economic constraints and regulations and information technologies does not mind development speed, powerful nation-state in the structure and services of the converter has started to create impact. With this perspective, The Ministry of Health and the crew should be aware of the importance of the public health care and new possibilities. In this research, the change management and reform activities of the Turkish Repubic of Secretary or Health after 2002 by the AKP (Justice and Development Party) and the Secretary politics which affect people who live in Ağrı province with the dimensions of development level, geographical location and facilities were examined.
