Tahir b. Aşur and sight of purpose

Purpose-Usefiil Society(Maslahat)-Changing This work, one of the results of searches for a new method, aims Muslim mind and logic, so far as the sprit and essence of Islam is understood and told better, to reach a more dynamic and more consistent structure against the present and possible future problems by presenting the main points of Islamic norms(nass). In the first section of my thesis, Islamic sources, history and criticism of the concept of purpose have been presented alongside the analysis of the work.The concept such as law-justice, fitrat(congenital traits), etc.have been attempted to be explained in comparison with the ideas prerequisite of modern law. The theological analysis of the rules of law and purpose-outcome relationship have been considered in the second section, and in the third section purpose has been classified by the titles of general purpoîîe-spcsific purpose and exemplified in detail.In the conclusion, the concept of purpose, which is still as a theory, has been evaluated generally.
