The investigation of the manuscript : "Manihul Gina wa Muzilul Ana An Kitabil Bina

This thesis approaches the investigation of the manuscript Manihul Gina wa Muzilul Ana(Richness Granting and Tiredness Removing from the book of Bina) written by :Ahmad son of Muhammad known for son of Abdulaziz the Andalusian the Hanafi died in 1038 H, this manuscript is the most famous explanation of the book titled : BINAUL AFAAL which is in turn a well known summery in the science of SARF (conjugation) for beginners to memorize. I have chosen this manuscript in Arabic in the science of SARF because Arabic is the means of understanding the Islamic legislative sciences, and one of pillars of Arabic is the conjugation by which the few verbs become many, in addition that conjugation is the mother of sciences while grammar, their father. Written by a scholar from the eleventh hijri century who read a lot of old books and new ones about grammar and conjugation, this explanation is considered to be rich and extremely useful. He transmitted a lot of information from those scholars therefor his explanation came to be rich and valuable concerning clarification and facilitation. It is neither short nor extensive. This investigation aims at presenting the manuscript investigated according to the scientific method in investigating the manuscripts. I did my best to present the investigated text rightly and making it agreeable to its reality in publication as its writer put it in form and content.
