The relationships between team members' the sence of trust and the efficiency

This study initially describes sense of team and trust, efficiency concepts by examining the literature, and shows relationship between these concepts. It explains that sense of trust is necessary and important for efficiency; the efficiency will become a cultural value with time. Finally, it also presents a field research.Team concept can be defined as whole of basic attitudes, values, symbols and applications shared by members in the team. In organizations, culture includes formel applications, informel applications, values, habits, organizational stories, language and physical environment. The efficiency concept is used to explain individual, group, units of organization, whole of organization, industry and nation, and this concept is expressed synonymous as productivity, activity, motivation, individual performance. Efficiency is comparison rate of outputs to inputs. Outputs, constituted such as refrigerator, cars, university degree, are got by used inputs. These inputs are generally expressed such as raw materials, labor, and energy. Nowadays, the most important input is labor that is human. In improving the efficiency, human becomes more important rather than the others. In addition, human is cultural beings. Therefore, the organization culture has become basic factor in improving the efficiency. Of a team, the stronger organization culture is, the higher level efficiency will be. Besides, the cultural structure of teams will increase efficiency and efficiency will become a cultural value.Key words: The Trust, The Sense of Trust, Team, The Efficiency
