Team learning's and team memory's effect on team performance and psychological safety as a mediator: Research on clothing sector store teams in Istanbul

The research aims to understand the learning and memory social processes that result in effective work performance of the six ("6") big clothing store teams of two ("2") companies with one hundred sixty ("160) employees in the Marmara Region. Understanding the social environment ("social intelligence"), learning in teams and team development ("ways of learning in the team"), and making sense of memories about one's own and others in the teams ("team memory") enhances team performance by positively affecting acceptance and feeling well and happy ("psychological safety"). Social observation, social modelling, using communication means, deutero learning, and understanding inconsistencies ("communication diversity") and understanding the ways of discovering and applying information ("knowledge diversity"), "social learning methods diversity", without involving the team with psychological safety, directly affects team performance positively. Since the topic of team memory is a topic that has not been investigated before, contribution has been made by including this topic with team diversity social processes for understanding and applying by associating with the literature. Findings can be evaluated in relation to issues such as employee / worker health, employee / worker psychology in individual, group / team and social organization analysis levels, organizational behavior, organizational culture, diversity management and human resources management well-being.
