Takrîrî sunnah and its value

This study was carried out about taqriri sunnah which is based on the approval and acceptance of the Prophet. The procedures and the value of taqriri sunnah were analyzed and examined with the evidences in this study. The study was divided into two chapters after a brief introduction. In the first chapter, the conceptual, historical and contextual framework of taqriri sunnah; in the second chapter, the source and order value of taqriri sunnah are emphasized. In the first chapter of the study, the meaning, scope, conceptualization process of taqriri sunnah and the issues similar to Taqrir have been discussed. In this section, it was determined that there were various approaches to the meaning and structural form of taqriri sunnah and that the concept of taqrir was used by ulema since the early period. Moreover, it has been seen that taqriri sunnah has a rich content in terms of nature and content in this chapter. It has been stated that the smile and the silence of the Prophet had a wide range of meaning values in addition to approval. In the second chapter of the study, the evidence, the declaration and the judicial value of taqriri sunnah and the relation of the other parts of taqriri sunnah with contradiction and proportion have been emphasized. In this section, it has been stated that, taqriri sunnah is an evidence all by itself in all cases and was the source of the provisions of sharia within the scope of various reasons and conditions.
