Abstract (EN)
Companies aiming to increase customer satisfaction and product/service quality should produce maximum with minimum cost. In order to obtain a quality product, it is very important to carry out studies for continuous improvement of quality and to identify the sources of the problems that occur or may occur. FAILURE MODE AND EFFECTS ANALYSIS (FMEA) is a widely used method in studies for continuous improvement of quality. This method also ensures that errors are prioritized and measures are taken according to risk levels. In this thesis, the data in the machining department of the company that produces and manufactures in the pump sector are discussed. The FMEA method has been applied as quality improvement studies in the company.
