Analysis and assessment of risks about a company which machining

Aim of this study is to determine resources that create danger or in terms of occupational health and safety legulations. This study targets working on machinery/ equipment, individual and environmental factors during the process of risk elimination assessing of risk of these dangerous situations.To make machining workshops safer risk analysis is required in terms of occupational health and safety before accidents.The aim of OHSAS 18001, occupational health and safety system, is to keep under control the risk of health and safety of company determining and describing existing risk resources by management and workers to prevent the death, injury and other lost. To prevent death, injury and economical losses one of the elements that has to be assessed is to cary out risk analysis.This study has been carried out with L Matrix method by analyzing and assessing risks arising from the danger according with service conditions in NACE Co.As a result of risk assessment it has been determined that what hazards are existing in machining workshop of NACE Co. Probability size/magnitude of accidents and prevention measures of them have been determined. İt has also been aimed that people who want to apply this assesment to their own company will be guided.
