Children and education themes in the works of Talip Apaydin

Children Literature is a branch of literature that contains all of the written and spoken products aimed to satisfy literary and aesthetic delight of little individuals and it is also formed as a reason of social,emotional and language differences between little and young individuals with their adults in societies since past.Because of various experts limit the childhood as a range of 2-14 ages, the boundaries of children literature are described between these ages. In this regard,the works that produced for children formed by considering the characteristic of this specified age will determine their effectiveness on the target audience.The development of Children Literature is based upon the centuries, and has its own scale with the mindset of the time that focused political unrest of the societies in the course of time and takes its current shape especially in Tanzimat Period and after it. The field of literature taken from West and applied at home in Tanzimat Period in Turkey, will take different range with revolution of letters in Republic Period and after it. Although many well-intentioned works created until the 1970s, Children Literature will get its actual identity after this time.The traits of messages, limiting the aim of instruction, the necessity of reflection the characteristics of developmental period that childrens in to the literary products, aesthetic and domestic of the language used are regarded as some of today?s necessities of children literature.For children Talip Apaydın is one of the authors who comes out to the fore with his works that produced in the 1960, 1970, 1980 and 1990s.The author reflects his works the traits of his personality, some of them forms in the Rural Institude, and his accumulations from teaching profession held in various regions of country and presents his goals; `good man? , `good society? in his works written out children oriented.In his works, while children recognize the term of Anatolia with its birds,mountains, insects, plains and plants, they will also gain awareness about loneliness and ignorance.
