About exact analytic function theory

In this study, the basic of the exact analytic functions theory are given. Exact functions and their features isn't taken place widely in the theory of complex variable functions. In this thesis, some definitions, theorem and its results which belong to the features of exact functions are discussed. The analytic functions which is explained with power series convergent on each points dots of comple plane and has not singular points in any bounded resion of complex plane is named as the exact function. The methods of the exact functions theory are applied widely in examining the problems of a lot of lineer problems; for example in examining many problems of controlability of lineer control systems.
