Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between leadership development programs and effective leadership styles within the Full Range Leadership framework. Since the IT industry is changing and expandıng rapidly, a survey was conducted in an IT company to test the relationship between effective Full Range Leadership styles and Leadership Development Programs. In the first chapter of the study, Full Range Leadership Model is explained. In the second chapter methods, approaches and problems of leadership development programs are analyzed and future trends are discussed. In the third chapter a survey method is conducted to investigate the relationship between effective leadership styles and leadership development programs by using Multifactor Leadership Questionaire.
