In today?s industry which the lead time seemsshortened and stock costs are not wanted to be in total cost, JustIn Time (JIT) approach appears as an obligation.The philosphy of JIT production generally express to buy rowmaterial how much when it is needed, to product manufacturedgoods that only must be enough for needs. In this system,efficiencys of using stocks and the increase of producktivity areaimed. Efficiency of using stocks starts by buying row materialand ends by leaving the terms of production of manufactured. Thistime interval is throughput time. It is paid importance very much.viiAs a result, transformation time, instead of direct workmanshipand machine hours in traditional method, is used as a bas eforgeneral manufactured costs in JIT production system.In an establishment the most logical way to decrease the cost ofproduction is to destroy reasons that cause waste. In this manner,there will be a decrease in serious dimensions and profitablenesswill be provided.
