Tanzimat Period of judgement bureaucracy

It is evaluated both development of bureaucracy in general meaning and Ottoman bureaucracy, especially development of Ottoman judgement bureaucracy and its? effects today?s judgement bureaucracy within the process.In Turkish public administration history from Tanzimat Reform Era to collapsing Ottoman State when we evaluate politics and bureaucracy contention, bureaucracy has won the case at the end of contention. This case is observed from Turkish Republic which has taken Ottoman bureaucracy as a heritage.Tanzimat Reform Era which is the base of secularization and modernization in Turkey?s state consideration and administration is seen as a key era of Turkey?s social, political, juridical, cultural, economic etc. fields in understanding and entreating.Tanzimat, with its? manner, is a bridge between traditional Ottoman State and modern Turkish Republic. ?Secularization? fact with its? new politics, social and juridical case in Tanzimat era also lead up to basements of Turkish Republic?s secular concept. It is possible to evaluate Nizamiye (Regular) Courts as a primary example of secular establishments in Tanzimat Era.So in our this study, it is presented the sights of changings and importance of Tanzimat Era at privately juridical bureaucracy and Ottoman bureaucracy which could be named changing era, social-cultural changing era in general meaning, modernization time and milestone of our cultural history in all manners.Keywords: Tanzimat, Ottoman, Ottoman Empire, Bureaucracy, Judgement, Reform, Secularizm.
