Physical and historical properties of Taraklı, civil and monumental architecturel samples,restoration of Hacı Rıfatlar mansion

Taraklı is an old Ottoman city with its Turkish architectural examples of 19th century. The city protected its characteristic features with the reasons of lower population, slower development and etc.Taraklı, which has been the subject of different researches and projects, has gained big importance by protection and restoration researches.In this project; the geographical features of Taraklı, the geological structure, its climate, historical development, social-economical-demographical and physical structure, transportation ağabeylities have been researched; the physical features of the historical texture, monumental and architectural examples have been determined and the inventory research has been made in three centers of Taraklı.As a result of these reasearches I?ve been concentrated on ? Hacı Rıfat Mansion? and ?Rüştiye Arena? in my projcet. During this project I have made more detailed analysis about the places I?ve chosen; and the catalogues and plan typologies of the buildings have been prepared.In the last section of this survay drawing, restitution and restoration projects have been prepared and as a conclusion the restoration process of Hacı Rıfat Mansion has been examined more detailed.Keywords: Taraklı, Conservation, Survay Drawing, Restoration
