Abstract (EN)
In this study; it was aimed to investigate the chemical content and in vitro antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory activities of petroleum ether, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions obtained from ethanol extracts of aerial parts and roots of the endemic Taraxacum mirabile Wagenitz, which was collected from Aksaray-Eskil region and has not been found to be phytochemical studies yet. In this context, the chemical content of the aerial parts and roots petroleum ether fractions were analyzed by GC-MS analysis in terms of terpenic and steroid substances, and palmitic acid, linoleic acid, campesterol, stigmasterol, β-sitosterol, clionasterol, germanicol, -amirin, lupeol, lanosterol, taraxasterol, taraxerol, epi-psi-taraxastanonol, betulin, -amirin acetate and lupeol acetate were determined. Phenolic compounds found in the aerial parts and roots dichloromethane and ethyl acetate fractions were determined by HPLC-MS analysis. Chlorogenic acid, fumaric acid, verbascoside, chicoric acid, caffeic acid, luteolin-7-rutinocide, vanillic acid, luteoline-7-glycoside, apigenin-7-glycoside, salicylic acid, luteolin, apigenin, hispidulin and chrysin substances were determined in the dichloromethane fractions of aerial parts and roots by HPLC-MS analysis. Epigallocatechin, trans taxifoline, apigenin, apigenin-7-glycoside, caffeic acid, chicoric acid, dihydrochemferol, fumaric acid, herniarin, hispidulin, luteolin-7-rutinoside, naringenin, rosmarinic acid, isosacuranetin, verbascoside, luteolin, luteolin-7-glycoside compounds have been identified by HPLC-MS analysis in the ethyl acetate fractions of aerial parts and roots. Apigenin, luteolin, luteolin-7-glycoside, apigenin-7-glycoside, caffeic acid compounds were isolated in pure form as a result of the isolation studies made from the aerial parts and roots ethyl acetate extracts of the plant. Total amounts of flavonoid and phenolic substances and DPPH, ABTS and FRAP antioxidant activities of petroleum ether, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions were investigated and it was found that the fractions had activity close to the standard substance. The COX kit was used in the anti-inflammatory activity and it was determined that the fractions showed activity close to the standard substance indomethacin. In the antimicrobial activity, it was determined that the aerial parts and roots n-butanol and ethyl acetate fractions showed weak antibacterial effects. No antifungal activity has been detected against Candida sp.
