Transcription and assesment of Union and Progress newspaper in Ottoman press (Volume 41-52)

Ittihad ve Terakki Newspaper is a very densely prepared newspaper. Especially classifications were made, taking into account this density while transcribing. While the classifications were made, the headlines of the newspaper like help of the people, foreign policy,domestic policy and telegrams were taken into account. The newspaper is 29.7 x 42 in size and each issue is prepared in five columns and consists of four pages. These columns and pages are specified in the transcription. The news, telegrams and other articles here are evaluated. At the same time, the establishment of the Committee of İttihat and Terakki, the press organs, as well as the press movements in the Ottoman State were written.
