The problems of teaching art history encountered by hi?story teacher and the solutions that they propered

n this study, history teachers in secondary schools are still working in the teaching of topics in art history in history textbooks prepared taking into consideration the problems and solutions encountered. Research in Ankara province five central counties (Yenimahalle, Keçiören, Sincan, Gölbaşı, Mamak) was carried out in the second period 2011-2012 academic year. As a result, currently working in secondary schools in the academic year 2011-2012 the difficulties experienced teachers teaching subjects of art history, history textbooks and the teaching of these subjects appeared to have insufficient. Teachers in this study we investigated the factors that cause problems and in line with the findings of solutions have been submitted. Key Words: History of Art, Concept, Branch, Term, Aesthetic Skil
