Freedom and security of a person in Turkey in historical perspective

FREEDOM AND SECURITY OF A PERSON IN TURKEY IN HİSTORİCALPERSPECTİVEABSTRACTIn our research, freedom and security of a person, which has a indispensable place inbasic human rights and liberties has been studied. İn the search, the right of freedom andsecurity of a person has been studied in the aspect of Turkish and world?s historiy in order toWith the historical process of the concept, the approach of Turkishmake a comparison.Constitutions has been studied in the aspect of freedom and security of a person, according tovalid Turkish Constitution and some laws which take shape by it. The concept, has beenexplained according to Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedomswhich exists in the international juristic laws and Turkish Republic takes part, also someimplementations of the of European Court of Human Rights.In first section of our research, freedom and security of a person has been studied in theaspect of historical process. İncipiently from Ancient Times, Middle Ages, processes during theof Otoman Empire, international processes and Turkish Republic Constitutions has been studied.In second section, freedom and security of a person has been studied in the mentality of 1982Constitution with some laws which have connections with the concept in order to be understoodexisting situation.
