Özet (EN)

The gradual increase in the world population has increased the need for food, bringing the importance of agricultural productivity to the fore and sustainable agricultural strategies have been started to be developed. The use of biofertilizers that do not harm the environment and nature instead of chemical fertilizers used in traditional agriculture has become the focal point of ecological agriculture and green production policies have gained momentum. In this study; It is aimed to isolate and identify PGPR bacteria that may have biological fertilizer potential from the soils where agricultural activities are carried out in Kırşehir province and its districts and to reveal their PGP (Plant Growth Promoting) properties, and thus to make a local microbial fertilizer inventory of our province. For this purpose; 142 bacteria belonging to 56 different genera were isolated and their diagnosis was made by MALDI-TOF MS method. Then, PGP properties (IAA production, nitrogen fixation, phosphorus dissolution, siderophore, HCN production), extracellular enzyme tests, heavy metal resistance, antifungal activities were determined. Among our isolates, MH 60-3, MH 60-1, MH 63-7, MH 46-9, MH 58-6, MH 53-2, MH 19-2, which are positive especially in terms of phosphate dissolution, nitrogen fixation, and siderophore production, Their potential for use in the production of microbial fertilizers is quite high. It was determined that MH 28-1, MH 19-2, MH 25-16, MH 24-1, MH 29-1, MH 23-7 isolates showed antifungal activity against Fusarium sp. In addition, when the heavy metal resistance data is examined; MH 43-3 was resistant to all concentrations of cobalt, 6 isolates (MH 57-7, MH 38-1, MH 21-4, MH 15-4, MH 19-3, MH 26-8) were resistant to zinc. 13 isolates (MH 51-8, MH 38-1, MH 35-5, MH 21-4, MH 49-4, MH 44-7, MH 15-4, MH 36-7, MH 44-3, MH 23-6, MH 44-5, MH 5-5, MH 25-16) was found to be resistant to all concentrations of copper.
