Abstract (EN)
Key words: Nonlinear Elastic Method, Incremental Static Pushover Analysis, Equivalent Earthquake Load Method, Performance Evaluation, Capacity CurveIn recent years, earthquakes which caused important damages and much economic lost, have showed up damage control of earthquake resistance structures that means performance based design and evaluations is very impartant. Expecially at the observation of structure as well as unqualified work, uses of insufficient materials also were found negation such as soft floor, closed carbel, insufficient coil reinforcement. In this studies; the performances of actual reinforced concrete constructions that built according to rugulation of 1975, have determined. AT this structures that built according to rugulation of 1975, the effect of structure on performans of reduction of concrete strength from C20 to C16-C14-C10-C8, the reduction of reinforcement strength from S420 to S220, the increases of number of floors such as 4-5-6-7-8, soft floor and strong beam ? poor column were investigated. The nonlinear static incremental pushover analysis and the curve of building-capacity are carried out by using of Sap2000 finite element analysis packet programme. A general Assessment was made by comparing the results obtained by analyzing. After earthquake, at the observation of building, negations of design suc as poor quality of materials, soft floor, strong beam ? poor column and variations numbers of floor were coused reduction of the capacity of horizontal load and ductility at the performans structure. To prevent this situation, architectural design that is inappropriate for earthquakes and nonselection carrying system which includes soft foor, strong beam ? poor column..etc, must be provide enough quality to concrete and reinforcement.
