Abstract (EN)

Hazard assessment and risk evaluation projects are required to be carried out in the context of earthquake preparedness and hazard mitigation studies in the earthquake prone areas. The work done in the scope of these studies constitute the steps of 1) site safety evaluation and microzonation 2) structural risk analysis taking into account soil-structure interaction. A detailed inventory of the buildings in terms of age of the buildings, structural types, structural and material properties, etc. is made at this stage leading to evaluation of seismic damageability. As this thesis with phase studies which done different steps of the county's seismic microzonation had done and 735 building at cour had gone one by one, structure interaction had fixed for every building private report had created and all of the buildings had syllogized themselves as earth quake risk analysis metodology. So their security levels had seen as comperativally.At this thesis work an inquiry had done about buildings earthquake risk analysis in Elazığ city flabby soiled parish, inquiry formed eight parish, had filled by pollsters had technical knowledge. Important discoveries from research; when Elazığ's earthquakes at 2007 evaluated and soil features had demonstrated county's buildings's earthquake risk buildings's downfalling reasons are; soil features, poorly audit ...etc.Research includes about Elazığ county's eartquake risk analysis status as Elazığ county's and near countries's earthquake resulth.
