Abstract (EN)
In this study, bakteria isolation was made from samples of chicken faeces taken from a broiler production enterprise in Adana and the village Gözsüzce in Anamur. From EMB and SS media a total of 516 bacteria was isolated. Antibiotic resistence profiles and plasmid profiles of the isolates were determined and compared.The existence of Enterobacteriaceae, Vibrio sp., Streptococcus faecalis and Campylobacter sp. in all stool samples were investigated.
