Abstract (EN)
The use of sewage sludge as a biofuel for energy recycling is a promising technology, especially as an alternative form of energy production that can be obtained from an unused by-product, as it imposes a large burden on treatment costs. In this direction, the sewage sludge was mixed with the biomass energy plant and turned into biopellet in order to improve the combustion properties and increase the energy density. In the study, chicken slaughterhouse wastewater treatment sludge was used as raw material and high efficiency biomass energy plant Arundo donax was used as additive material. The energy value of the final product was examined by determining the approximate analysis (proximate) that determines the heating value of the chicken slaughterhouse wastewater treatment sludge, revealing the thermal value, and then preparing a mixture to optimize the thermal analysis results with the ligno-cellulosic renewable energy plant Arundo donax. According to the results of the proximate analysis, chicken slaughterhouse wastewater treatment sludge; with a dry base upper calorific value of 6873 cal/g and an ash content of 15,377%, Ligno-cellulosic renewable energy plant Arundo donax; with a dry base upper calorific value of 4014 cal/g and an ash content of 6.560%, The mixture prepared to optimizing the thermal analysis results; with a dry base upper calorific value of 5454 cal/g and an ash content of 10,740%.
