Özet (EN)
In this study, the inhibitory effect of 47 lactobacil isolates which isolated from chicken intestine against Shigella sp., Escherichia coli, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella dublin, Salmonella typhimurium, Campylobacter jejuni ATCC-33291, Campylobacter jejuni and Listeria monocytogenes was investigated. The highest inhibitory effect is detected against L. monocytogenes. The 23 isolates of lactobacilli are identificated with API 50 CHL. From those isolates are identificated as 10(43,5%) L. acidophilus, 2(8,7%) L. salivarius, 1(4,4%) L. fermentum, 1(4,4%) L. delbrueckii ssp. delbrueckii, 9(39,1%) Lactobacillus sp. In this research, the isolates which showed inhibitor effect were selected after H2O2 and acid production were eliminated. It is determinated that L. acidophilus (A11) was the only bacteria which producing bacteriocin and bacteriocin-like substance and this substance was resistant between pH 2-8. It is demostrated that this bacteriocin and bacteriocin-like substance were resistant to catalase, trypsine and were sensitive to proteinaz K. Also this antimicrobial substance was showed resistant to 10-30 minutes at 40ºC, 60ºC and sensitive at 80ºC, 100ºC.Growing antibiotic resistance according as uncontrolled antibiotic usage at bacteria, is complicating to defuse pathogen bacteria. In this extent, antibiotic resistant of Campylobacter which were identificated was investigated and C. coli was determined the most resistance bacteria. C. coli was determined 100% resistant to gentamicin, kanamycin, nalidixic acid, streptomycin, erythromycin and it was obtained that C. jejuni had been resistant to streptomycin 80,0%, tetracycline 73,4%, nalidixic acid 66,7%. C. lari was determined resistant to nalidixic acid 100,0%, streptomycin 66,7%, tetracycline 33,3%.
