Health sector is very important for people's lives. Technological development and improvement are made continuously to practice deficiences and problems in this sector. Hospital Information System(HIS) is the most important part of hospital services. Examination results of some medical devices used for diagnosis and treatment of patients should be kept in a storage system and managed carefully. In this study, heavily used in hospitals stethoscope, electrocardiogram (ECG), Electromyogram (EMG), respiratory testing equipment allowing the storage of medical records, patient files modules were aimed at developing numerically. This re-examination of medical records to be stored in HIS developed and simulation modules can be integrated to carry out the sample measured system performance. In this way, the stethoscope of the patients, ECG, EMG, and respiratory test records by physicians to be made retroactively provided a focus and more accurate diagnoses.Key Words: HIS, Electronic Stethoscope, ECG, EMG, Respiration Test Equipments
