Abstract (EN)
In our thesis, the subject of mediation in legal disputes arising from medical malpractice has been studied. This thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, legal disputes arising from medical malpractice and courts in charge of legal disputes arising from medical malpractice are mentioned. In the second part of the thesis, the subject of mediation in legal disputes arising from medical malpractice has been examined. In the last chapter, the problems that may arise in case of disputes arising from medical malpractice are discussed in case of mediation.
