Abstract (EN)
E-commerce provides several advantages for sellers, customers and firms. In this study, to understand better the benefits e-commerce provide to the firms, analysis of outputs result from integration of e-commerce to the supply process is intended.In Türk Traktör Factory which has integrated the e-commerce to its supply process e- production, e-supply and e-stock are examined and one by one savings and facilities they provide to firm are observed and explained. In Türk Traktör Factory, the system before the e-commerce and the system after the e-commerce has compared and a survay has conducted with the workers of the factory. According to the results of survey, in new system after the using of e-commerce, the communication between parts of supply process has becomen more efficient has observed.
