Abstract (EN)
During the last 30 years, the technological development, the increase in awareness and the cultural changes have led to the emergence of new markets and new products for the companies, and the search for more different strategies and instruments in order to market more products and services. As a result of these searches, the companies had significant changes in terms of their organic structure, management approach and their relations with the environment. Supply chain management is one of the areas affected by this change. For an effective supply chain, firms have learned that they should not be insensitive to the internal and external environment. The production process with both customer and supplier participation is becoming increasingly important. It has become very important for companies to cooperate in all processes from the development stage of a product to the end-user. In this research, the effects of supply chain collaboration, information sharing and customer relations on firm performance were investigated. In addition, the mediator role of supply chain agility and supplier innovation and the moderatör role of competitive intensity in these impacts has been tested. For this purpose, a survey was conducted in the first 1,000 industrial firms in Turkey. Data from 398 firms were analyzed. As a result of the analysis performed, it was found that supply chain cooperation, information sharing, supply chain agility and supplier innovation significantly affected the firm performance in the same direction. Supply chain agility and supplier innovation have a mediating role in the impact of supply chain collaboration and information sharing on product innovation and firm performance. In addition, it has been concluded that competition intensity has a moderator role in the impact of supply chain collaboration and supplier innovation on firm performance as well as in the impactf of supply chain cooperation and supply chain agility in product innovation.
