Abstract (EN)

It can be anticipated that enterprises will have positive impact on economic, social and environmental issues on all stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, employees, shareholders with the development and importance of corporate social responsibility understanding over the years. It can be mentioned that socially responsible behaviors and practices of businesses bringing with their stakeholders and act together in the supply chain can be evaluated by consumers and it can also be said this evaluation of consumers can have an impact on consumers consumption behaviors. In this study, data was collected with a total of 422 consumer survey who resident in different cities of China and Turkey and from different social and economic status. As a result of the study, it has emerged that green supply chain management practices of enterprises in both countries have an effect on socially responsible consumer behavior. Consumers in China have shown more responsible consumer behaviors to protect the environment and animals while consumers in Turkey are found to be more socially responsible consumers on consumer rights.
