The Effect of supply chain management on rivalry

ABSTRACTToday all the companies in the world deals with the severe competition. Toovercome this constrain, companies try to follow differentiated products systemsand look for a new understanding of dynamic factors in economic environment.Companies try to develop new opportunities not only for their customer but alsotheir supplier?s partner.Under the new economics system, supplier wants to set up a relation with theproducer in such a way that it will stand for higher value added and long term jobrelations. One of the important factor for the new product in the new economicsystem creates competitive advantages and higher value added gain is known as theintegrated logistic function. This new function can be useed for the new possibilitiesamong suppliers, intermediaters and distributors. This system can be called as ?Supply Chain Management ?Turkey while trying to simulate industrial development to increase efficiencyand more value added product a higher target depending on supply chainmanagement can be set up. New products in this new system can be delivered byusing new technology, internet and modern transportation methods so thatproductivity and cost of it can be competitive in international market.
