Abstract (EN)
In this study, cold chain applications in the supply chain which are worked on everyday in the industry and are open to development are examined and beyond, this study is exemplified by a vehicle routing problem. In addition to contributing to the improvements in the supply chain, the company also has a great benefit in reaching the final consumer without compromising the quality of the products. In this sense, the perception of quality is increased with the continuity of the works carried out and being used in the industry. However, it is possible to balance these costs by means of vehicle routing as the costs for the enterprises are reduced. In this study, in order to reduce the costs, 3 different methods are handled as, the closest neighbor, sweeping and saving algorithm.
