Supply chain management makes a difference between companies in a competitive environment and the importance of globalization is increasing. It is a good stock management policy that needs to be focused for a good supply chain management. A stock management policy that is created in line with the demands of the companies and suitable for the vision and mission of the company is an accurate policy. Companies that can combine these two correctly can reduce costs, take part in a competitive environment, and survive. In the first part of the study, supply, supply chain and its management issues are explained. In the second part, stock, the relationship between stock and stock management supply chain are explained. In the third section, the application was made. In the application, firstly, a stock control method ABC analysis was made with the data received from the suppliers. Afterwards, multiple criteria classification method AHP analysis was performed.
