Abstract (EN)
Suplier selection is a multi-criteria desicion making problem that includes both qualitative and quantitative factors. In today's competitive environment, as well as the price and the quality requirements, the deliveries not realised with the determined amount and on time are the major failures in the purchasing. In this study for supplier selection, handled as a multi-attribute and a multi-objective decision problem, an integrated approach whıch uses Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Mixed Integer Linear Goal Programming (MILGP) model is presented. For the application, the criteria were evaluated by the specialist?s opinions; the final weights of the criteria and the suppliers by using Super Desicions 1.6.0 software. Thereafter, the ANP results were used as coefficients of an objective function in MILGP; according to the priorities of the objectives, model is solved with ordinal ranking and sequential solution method by using GAMS software. Consequently, the most suitable supplier combination has been composed according to the firm? s requirements.
