Turkish is the written language that we call "Old Anatolian Turkish" or "Old Turkish of Turkey", Xlll-XV. Polish Decadence is the period that started with the Oghuz-Turkmen dialect in Anatolia between the centuries. Today, there are hundreds of manuscripts written in the Old Anatolian Turkish in Turkish and European libraries. Translation of the Qur'an into Turkish with long exegesis, XV. at the beginning of the century or, in remote probability, the XIV. it happened towards the end of the century. During this period, translations or exegeses of short suras were generally written. On the one hand, short sura interpretations have been requested, and on the other hand, different Sura interpretations have started to be copyrighted. Therefore, it is seen that the copies of the translations and interpretations of the Qur'an are quite a lot. The originality value of our thesis from the point of view of the scientific world is the introduction of the interpretation of the Qur'an, which contains the characteristics of the Old Anatolian Turkish, belonging to Kurd Efendi.Among our methods in the study of the thesis, firstly, the transfer of the work to the Latin alphabet is provided. Afterwards, it is aimed to create a dictionary and an index and make a language analysis. As a result of the language analysis, it is aimed to reveal the phonetic and morphological differences and similarities that will be the source of the language of the period. At the beginning of our goals that we want to achieve is to introduce the work, which was written in a period that coincided with the end of the Old Anatolian Turkish Period, to the world of science. As a result of this, after the work is read and the language analysis is completed, it is expected that a study that will be a source for Old Anatolian Turkish is among our expected outputs.
