Abstract (EN)
With the developments in the world economy, globalization and the increase in the population, the demand for the use of dangerous substances is increasing. One of these substances is compressed natural gas. Compressed natural gas; It is included in nine dangerous substance classes that are recognized all over the world due to potential hazards for human life, environment and property. Reducing risks during the production, storage and transportation of natural gas, which is both an important energy source and a dangerous substance, becomes a very important issue. In this context, the aim of the study is to determine the risk factors and the degree of importance of these factors in order to make an effective logistics risk assessment in compressed natural gas logistics. For this purpose, in the first stage of the research, an interview questionnaire was prepared, then interviews were held with a group of 12 experts working in compressed natural gas logistics, and the MAXQDA 2020 package program was used in the analysis of the data obtained from these interviews. At the end of this process, which was carried out as a pilot study, the criteria to be taken into account while performing risk assessment in compressed natural gas logistics were determined and a hierarchical structure was established. Accordingly, the main and demonstration: human, material, company, state of art, environment and being in traffic, 5 main headings are fillings. In the second stage, the opinions of the same expert group were taken to determine the relative importance of the determined criteria and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique was used in the analysis process. As a result of the study, it was determined that the most important risk factor in making an effective risk assessment in compressed natural gas logistics was the human factor. It has been determined that the factors of the company and the condition of the vehicles are important.
