The factors that affect to level of the rule of responsibility

ABSTRACT İn islamic jurisprudence, under the title of the rule, there are two essential topics. One of these is the rule of responsibility and the other one is the rule of relativity. The rules of relativity, as to the Islamic Jurisprudence, is a sub rule that is put to the existence of a rule. The rule of responsibility is about the actions that the human must do. These are sometime the actions that we have to do, sometime we don't have to and sometime the actions that we are forbidden to do it. There are several conditions and factors to prove and to set up in order the rule of responsibility, in our thesis, we examined these conditions and factors that arise in the Holy Book 'Koran', the Sunnah and the scholars of islamic law.
