This study aimed to determine the opinions of primary school teachers? technology literacy. Relational model is based on research conducted in 2010-2011 in the district of Cankaya in Ankara Education and Training of 291 teachers working in primary schools in the study. Teachers' personal information in the first part of the questionnaire consists of two parts, the second part, on the concept of elementary teachers, technology, information technology, vehicles purchased the model, feature and use the information, learning how to use technology in ways to use technology for teaching and technology skill levels and reasons for choosing them consists of five parts, including the attitudes of categories. Technology, in order to determine the attitudes of primary school teachers' ?Technology Acceptance?, ?Use of Technology and Fear? and ?Technology and Development? sub-dimensions are given for the total of 13 attitude statements. Likert type scale with the technology attitude scale. The data obtained with the help of SPSS 19 software package coded and analyzed. Arithmetic averages, the total scores are presented as frequencies and percentages descriptive. Chi-square method and observed whether there is significant difference between the observed frequencies, expected frequencies. Classification obtained with the scale of the variables is greater than 2*2 Chi-Square Analysis of statements made, 2*2 tables of ?Fisher's exact chi-square? ?Fisher's Exact Test? was applied. Chi-square analysis of the scope of the research done less than 5 plus cell is estimated by Monte Carlo Simulation. Calculations, statistical significance level of p <0.05 was taken as. In addition, attitudes towards technology, in order to determine whether the differences in the independent variables t-test and ANOVA tests were conducted.One-way analysis of variance between groups, Bonferroni's multiple comparison test was used to assess differences emerged.Result of research, the concept of primary teachers the convenience of technology, needs, and speed responses relate, to use technology circles, people who think you understand technology, information was learned by reading teachers and instruction manual. Primary teachers' skill levels and reasons for choosing to use technological tools; gender, seniority and branch according to their areas of significant relationship was found (p <0.05).
