Abstract (EN)
?n this work the effect of the technological investment on the economical growth is studied. Proportion of educational spending, high schooling and patent figjUNEures are used for consolidated budget an technological investment and the figures of growth in 1983-2003 in Turkey are used an dependent variable first the correlation of factors was tested then unit root test and finally regression analyze, granger causalty test, impulse response analyze are used it can nat be said that there are relation between the variables in the tests and analyzes. Yet, the variables which related each other teorytically affect each other delayedly.
