Given today's economic conditions, it is clear that there is no inequality in the world economy. Some countries seem to have come to the developed, some are developing, and others are underdeveloped. While many prerequisites are needed for economic development, industrialization and technology production and technology transfer have become compulsory in terms of economic development. Policies that countries have implemented on a day-to-day basis for technology transfer, and whether they have succeeded, are crucial for future planning. In this study, the development of technology transfer offices in the world and in our country has been examined. In this context, studies have been carried out on companies in cooperation with Gaziantep University Technopark in Gaziantep. Questionnaire method was used as data collection tool in the study. During the study, 50 companies were interviewed. Data obtained without study were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 package program. Mean, standard deviation and percentage distributions are given as descriptive statistics. In the comparison of parametric binary variables, t test was used for independent variables and one way analysis of variance was used for comparisons of multiple variables. Mann Whitney U test was used for the comparison of nonparametric binary variables and Kruskal Wallis H test was used for the comparison of multiple variables. The results were evaluated at 95% significance level (p <0.05).
