While many prerequisites are needed for economic development, industrialization and technology production and technology transfer have become compulsory in terms of economic development. Policies that countries have implemented on a day-to-day basis for technology transfer, and whether they have succeeded, are crucial for future planning. Mann Whitney U test was used for the comparison of nonparametric binary variables and Kruskal Wallis H test was used for the comparison of multiple variables.
