Abstract (EN)
Technology transfer offices aim to use academic knowledge, science and know-how in universities in accordance with the needs of the industry, commercialize the information and technologies resulting from their use, expand the existing cooperation between universities and industry and contribute to the economy of the country with economic gains. Technology transfer offices aim to continue efforts to integrate and commercialize the information produced by entrepreneurs by the Entrepreneurship and Corporateization Unit by prototyping project management and entrepreneurship ideas. The Entrepreneurship and Incorporation Unit carries out business marketing activities in the fields of entrepreneurship, business model development, the right investor, entrepreneurship, commercialization and company processes. This study investigated the effect of the practices of Düzce TTO Entrepreneurship and Incorporation Unit in the university administration on entrepreneurship and institutionalization by using project management components. During this study, the samples of 21 companies were analyzed by using qualitative research method. The importance of the study, the project development of the Entrepreneurship and Incorporation Units using the project management components, the development of the products that went to the prototype as a result of projecting and projecting from the idea to the prototype was observed.
