Abstract (EN)
Today, technology has been a manageable consept which can provide great advantages to those who achieve it. İn this study, the effects of "human resource management" and "organizational structure" factors on technology management have been investigated. This research has focused on the sample group of the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation Affiliated Partners as professionally implementing units the technology management. For this research, the data was obtained through survey and SPSS 20 program has been used to analyse the data. The sizing study that is required to be able to establish a scale has been carried out reaching desired level of fit index. İt has been identified that each dimension of human resorce practises and organizational structure factors has some effects on the success of technology management. Selecting, acquiring and learning dimensions have been the prominent activities for the technology management success in terms of human resource management. The prominent activities for the technology management success have been identifying, selecting, acquiring, using and learning dimensions in terms of organizational structure factors.
