Reflections of technological developments to the visual expression

Three dimensional animation and digital effects are the the tools usingthe exposition competence of cinema and graphics.In the view of Semantics, three dimensional animations, using thesymbols at most, has a seperate feature other than the cinema because ofbeing the tool of symbolic exposition. The basic distinctive feature betweencinema and three dimensional animations is that no tool can intervenebetween animator and image.On this study, developings on the field of three dimensionalanimations and digital effects which are the main bodies of the thesis andusage of these developings in the cinema and television limitlessly and alsocontributions to the visual exposition are tried to examined. On this purpose,digital production process, image compositing and visual effect techniquesare discussed and general evaluations are tried to present by theexaminations of the sample productions.
