Abstract (EN)
Competitiveness increases day by day today and the importance of learning began to be accepted by the organisations worldwide. This study examined how technological learning and organizational learning occurs in a company. Focused on how technological learning and organizational learning relate with each other. For this purpose; a contract manufacturing television producing company is examined and it is shown that how do learning and relationship between technological learning and organizational learning develop with perceptible examples. Additionally expansion opportunities of learning to suppliers and other channels are mentioned. It is shown through examples that technological learning and organizational learning are supporting and triggering processes for each other.
