Özet (EN)

Various clusters are formed to increase production efficiency in the world. The most important of these clusters are Technology Development Area so are technoparks in Turkey. In this study, the current situation of technoparks and their stakeholders and their adaptation to Industry 4.0 technologies were examined. The study consists of two way research. The first is about the management of technoparks, the second is about the firms in technoparks. In depth interviews which are qualitative research were conducted with the technopark managers and quantitative research was conducted with companies through questionnaire. The qualitative research was conducted with 5 managers, including 4 Technopark General Managers and 1 Technopark Deputy General Manager located in Istanbul. A model named "ideal technopark" was established in the research. The model consists of 9 themes and 12 sub categories. 4 of themes from the criteria of qualified technoparks, 4 theme from the dimensions of the technoparks and triple helix, and last teme Industry 4.0 theme as are modeled. As a result of the interviews, guiding results were obtained about the work of technoparks, their problems, their adaptation with Industry 4.0 and recommendations. Survey content in quantitative resesarch are about present relationships with stakeholders institutions of technoparks, comparison with ideal technopark, studies on Industry 4.0 technologies and impact on employment in Turkey. The survey was conducted face to face with 312 company owners from various sectors in 18 technoparks in 9 different cities. Reliability analysis of the scales was made Cronbach's Alpha method. The validity of the scales was tested with explanatory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Also difference tests were made. Research hypotheses were tested with the Structural Equation Modeling. In the Structural Equation Model, the model consisting of 1 dependent variables and 3 independent variable is established. 16 hypotheses were tested and 5 hypotheses were found to be significant. It has been concluded that the university from the stakeholders of the technopark has a significant effect on the present technopark structure but the state and business don't have a significant effect. Looking at the frequency analysis detail, it was seen that the task expected from technoparks and three stakeholders could not be fulfilled. The analysis was concluded by writing the suggestions made according to the answers given to the questionnaire and the things to do to improve the quality of the technopark and its stakeholders.
