Abstract (EN)

TO DETERMINE OF PERIMENSTRUAL COMPLAINTS AND THE FACTORS THAT EFFECT THEM OF FEMALE WORKERS BETWEEN 15-49 AGES WHO WORK IN A TEXTILE COMPANY SUMMARY Purpose: This study has been made to determine of perimenstrual complaints and the factors that effect them of female workers between 15-49 ages who work in a textile company. Method: All the women (N=178) who work there on date which this study was made form the whole study. Menstrual Distress Quastionare, Premanent Anxiety Scale and the quastionare which was formed to determine some definitive features of women, were applied to women. Findings: These women have the complaints frequently during while menstrual periods and during this period they mostly have pain, negative emotion and concentration disorders. We didn't find a significant relation between age groups and the scores of menstrual complaints. But as of the age increases while menstrual period complaint score increases (52.87 ±28.63). The maried women have more high premenstrual period complaint scores than unmarried women and there is a significant statistic relationship between married stuation and premenstrual period complaint scores (t=2.179, p<0.05). Premenstrual period complaint scores of women who have children are higher than women who haven't children, there is a significant relationship between them.(t=2.038, p<0,05) There is a relationship in premenstrual period between complaint scores and menarch ages. Premenstrual periods complaint scores of women, whose menarch ages are before 13th. age are higher than other.(t=3.148, p<0,05) Women's permanent anxiety points levels were found as 50.25 ± 8.15 and they have minimum point 19, maximum point 76. There are statistic relation while menstrual period and post menstrual period between the complaints scores and permanent anxiety points.
