Method: The study was a quasi-experimental design and was conducted in a textile company located in the centre of Batman province. The research data were collected between 21.05.2024-15.08.2024. Forty five participants between the ages of 18-40 participated in the study voluntarily. The research data were analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) analysis programme. Shapiro Wilk test was used to evaluate the normal distribution of the data. In cases where the data were normally isdtributed, the t-test for dependent groups, which is a parametric test, was applied to compare the means of dependent groups. In cases where the data did not fit the normal distribution, Wilcoxon signed rank test, which is a nonparametric method, was preferred. Mann-Whitney U test was used for 2 independent group comparisons. A value of P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: As a result of the 9-week pelvic floor exercise, the change in the post-treatment VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) pain scale measurements of the female participants according to the data of Menstrual Total scale score, Negative effect, Menstural pain, Coping Strategy before the exercise programme was found statistically significant (p<0.001).
