Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the uncontrolled situations in the tailoring section, to determine the factors that cause uncontrolled and to suggest solutions to improve the factors that cause defects. This study includes the monthly tailoring statistics of the textile factory producing jeans and the determination of the faults resulting from the tailoring by using statistical quality control methods and the analysis of the factors causing the defect. An 'Defect Control Chart' was created by using the monthly number of trousers sewn per month in the tailoring department of the factory and the monthly defect data obtained from the quality control department. In order to analyze the defects, Pareto Analysis was performed according to the ratios obtained from the defect control chart with 36 defined defect types. It was concluded that 80% of the defects were caused by 20% of all causes, and 8 operations that caused the most defects were discussed. According to this result, C control chart from Statistical Quality Control Techniques was used to find the number of defects per unit and to determine whether the production is under control. The reasons at the points where the production is out of control were investigated and a cause-effect graph was created with expert opinions. Bayesian Network Method was used to find solutions to the defects in the cause-effect graph. As a result of the evaluations of the experts, it was concluded that the most defects caused by employee carelessness Sensitivity analyzes were performed to determine the most necessary solution method. As a solution method, it has been suggested that the training and supervision of employees should be made regular.
