Abstract (EN)
Nowadays the world has been changing very fast and human being is trying to adapt to this changing world. And also human being needs free time and comfort in his living. Anyway, working people want to find out a desired place or atmosphere when they reach to their houses or work place. Also, they want to be aware of their place?s safeness. Thus, a question, which is ?How to achieve to do a work from distance and how it will be cheaper?? is appears. Intelligent house systems can be given an example. The main intention of a house control systems is to facilitate the human life. This easiness, which is provided by the various systems, is generally seen in security, comfort and economy areas. In the early ages, all of these features couldn?t be collected in a system, but now they can. Security systems provide safety for the houses and control systems supply full control over temperature, ventilation and other similar machines using telephone or internet. Actually, this kind of innovations are depends on developments of microcontrollers. These developments are also allowing us to have more control on our life.In this work a house control system with voice control has been designed using 8051 microcontroller family?s 89c52 and 89c51RC2 ICs. In this system control can be achieved using a DTMF telephone line.
