Abstract (EN)

The meaning of telecommunication getting closer to the data communication day by day and that brings new complications of supporting networks. For this reason software developers need to develop new way of software management. This is the main motivation that initiate the Telemanagement Forum's New Generation Operations Systems and Software (NGOSS). The aim of this initiative is to create a framework for flexible and fast integration of Operations Support System(OSS) and Business Support System(BSS) in more extensive industry of communications and telecommunications. The enhanced Telecom Operations Map (eTOM) is a main section of the NGOSS. It has a significant role constructed on Telemanagement Forum TOM as a guide book. The eTOM defines the entire scene (field of activity) that is needed by a service provider besides describing main factors and their influence to eachother. The following objectives are aimed in this thesis : - Knowing the difficulties that a network operator or a service provider have to face to ensure services to the customers. - Comprehending eTOM's role in the case of the NGOSS framework besides its benefits when service providers use it.
